
How are you different from other DJ's?
That's a great question. There are hundreds of DJ's in the Bay Area but very few have my experience, presence on the microphone, and knowledge of music. I am a professionally-trained public speaker and weddings are my expertise. Clients also seem to appreciate that I have a personality and can speak in complete sentences.
How many DJ's are in your company?
Just me! Hey Mr. DJ is an owner-operated company so I do all of the events myself. This allows me to control quality and offer great customer service to every client. I also guarantee in writing that I will be the actual DJ at your event.
Will you play our special song requests?
Of course! You can even give me a "do not play" list.
Can we see you perform at another reception?
Out of respect for my client's privacy, I do not invite anyone to view my events. But I invite you to check out my blog where you will find great stories, pictures, and video of my past receptions.
What time will you arrive for my event?
In most cases, I will arrive 90 minutes before the guests arrive.
What type of equipment do you have?
I have a brand-new Professional DJ system that includes high-end Laptops, CD Players, and a cordless mic for the toasts. This system is incredible but I still bring back-up equipment to every event.
How much do you charge?
My fees vary depending on the date of your event, hours needed, and location. Please call or e-mail me for an exact price quote and to check on availability.
