How are you different from other DJ's?
That's a great question. Very few DJ's in the Bay Area have my experience, presence on the microphone, passion, and knowledge of music. I am a professionally-trained public speaker and weddings are my expertise. Clients also seem to appreciate that I have a personality and can speak in complete sentences.

How many DJ's are in your company?
Hey Mr. DJ is an owner-operated company so I do all of the events myself. This allows me to control quality and offer great customer service. I also guarantee in writing that I will be the actual DJ at your event.

Will you play our special song requests?
Of course! You can even give me a "do not play" list.

Can we see you perform at another reception?
Out of respect for every client's privacy, I do not invite anyone to view my events (including yours!) But I invite you to check out my blog where you will find great stories, pictures, and video of my past receptions.

What time will you arrive for my event?
In most cases, I will arrive 90 minutes before the contracted start time and be completely set-up and ready to go at least 30 minutes before the guests arrive.

What type of equipment do you have?
I have a brand-new Professional DJ system for 2011 that includes high-end Apple MacBook Pro Computers and a cordless mic for the toasts. This system is incredible but I still bring back-up equipment to every event just in case.

How much do you charge?
My fees vary depending on the date of your event, hours, services needed, location, and how nice you are. Please call or e-mail me for an exact price quote and to check on availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check, Paypal, Starbuck's Cards. :)
